Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Certain personal care items
We also do not accept returns for customized or final-sale products unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the product manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for expensive items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
